Its "me" time, without the distractions of every day life. It's recharge time if I'm feeling drained. It helps me to re evaluate where I'm at, and where i want to go next. Of course I can do this on my own, but it's easier with support and guided workshops that get me to question where I'm at, and what I at times, don't give thought to. It gets me to see " out of the box " of my every day thought patterns, and gives me a way of looking at things from a different perspective, with others, help. I love the meditations , the yoga, the food and the wonderful friendships made.
This retreat wasn't long enough! I could of stayed a few more days
