Workshops I have attended that have been run through Freedom Purity Heart. For me, these workshops have been incredibly valuable. Through them I have been able to realise a real sense of trust, optimism, peace and a much deeper knowing of who I am and what I need to do in my own life – as well as meeting some really wonderful and open people!
Sahaja is the main teacher. I find her to be very magnetic, strong and wise and I trust her experience and knowledge in this area. She creates a wonderful, safe, supportive and confidential environment that enables deep sharing and personal truths to emerge.
These are deeply spiritual workshops and I have found all of the content and discovery has made perfect sense in the ‘real world.’
